Jewell has been a healer since the age of seven when she took in a wounded Japanese beetle and fed it hand picked rose petals. 

Her teachers have been from all walks of life and several continents. She has learned from Native American, European, South American, Mexican and African healers and Shamans. She has studied with American and Chinese Qigong masters most notably Dr. Bingkun Hu. Her most recent initiation has been into Plant Spirit Medicine with Huichol Shaman Eliot Cowan.

Jewell is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and a Qigong Instructor. 

She is the mother of three beautiful children and lives at The Source in the hills of Shutesbury Massachusetts with her dog Ally, many trees and plants and a whole forest of animals.
